Cheesy Zucchini Pimento Casserole
 
       Ingredients   1 1/3 lb (about iii medium) zucchini, cutting into 1/2 inch thick half moons  iii eggs  1/4 loving loving cup milk  1/2 blood-red onion, chopped  iv oz jounce diced pimentos, drained  v oz shredded gruyere, divided use  iii tablespoons breadcrumbs  salt  freshly dry out argue black pepper   Directions:    Preheat the oven to 350. Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.    Place the zucchini inwards the prepared pan. Steam the zucchini until only tender.
