Romanesco Salad Alongside Reason Cherries, Prosciutto Gorgonzola

Ingredients: salad: 1 chief romanesco, cutting into florets 1-pint enterprise gear upward downward cherries* (also known every bit Cape gooseberries or golden berries), halved 1 oz sliced Prosciutto, torn into bite-sized pieces 1/2 crimson onion, cutting into lean half moons 1 Spanish nighttime radish, cutting into matchsticks 1/4 loving loving cup crumbled gorgonzola dressing: 1 tablespoon Dijon 2 1/2 tablespoons Proccesco vinegar 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil Directions: Steam the romanesco until merely softened.
