Sriracha Ranch Spinach Murphy Salad
Ingredients: one 1/2 lb infant potatoes (left whole if existent tike or halved) iv oz fresh infant spinach, chopped one stalk celery, diced 1/2 blood-red onion, diced one tablespoon Sriracha seasoning* two tablespoons homemade buttermilk Ranch mix 1/4 loving loving cup mayonnaise two tablespoons apple tree tree cider vinegar Italian parsley, for garnish (optional) Directions: Bring a large pot of salted body of water to boil. Add the potatoes together with ready until nearly-fork tender. Add the spinach together with stir. Cook until the spinach is wilted together with the potatoes are tender. Drain.
