Lemon Dill Lamb Meatballs

Ingredients: i lb reason lamb i shallot, grated ii cloves garlic, grated 1/4 loving loving cup chopped Italian parsley iii tablespoons chopped dill zest of i lemon i tablespoon fresh oregano leaves salt pepper olive oil Directions: Preheat oven to 425. Line a baking canvass amongst parchment paper, develop aside. Mix the lamb, shallot, garlic, parsley, dill, zest, oregano, salt, inwards add-on to pepper until skillful combined. Roll into ii 1/2 inch balls. Place on the baking sheet. Brush amongst olive oil. Bake for xx minutes or until exactly fully cooked. For best results practice not overbake!
