Lemon Dill Lamb Meatballs
Ingredients:
i lb reason lamb
i shallot, grated
ii cloves garlic, grated
1/4 loving loving cup chopped Italian parsley
iii tablespoons chopped dill
zest of i lemon
i tablespoon fresh oregano leaves
salt
pepper
olive oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Line a baking canvass amongst parchment paper, develop aside.
