Bittersweet Chocolate Cheesecake Amongst A Speculoos Crust
Ingredients: for the crust: i 1/2 cups of speculoos crumbs (I used my Vita-Mix exclusively a food processor would work) vi tablespoons of butter, melted inwards add-on to cooled slightly for the cheesecake: iv eggs 32 oz (regular or reduced fat) cream cheese xvi oz apparently Greek yogurt (full fat, 2% or 0% are all fine) iv 1/2 oz 70% nighttime chocolate, melted inwards add-on to cooled slightly i 1/4 cups sugar 2/3 loving loving cup cocoa i teaspoon vanilla Directions: Preheat oven to 250.
