Cara Cara Mango Shrimp

Ingredients: 2 lb peeled shrimp 2-3 mangos, cubed (try Tommy Atkins or Francis) marinade: 1 shallot, minced 2/3 loving loving cup cara cara (or regular navel) orangish juice 3 tablespoons mango juice (homemade*) 3 tablespoons tequila 2 tablespoons oranges 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper Directions: Prepare grill to manufacture's recommendations. Set aside and let to cool slightly., Place the beets, chile, carrot, onion and orangish segments into a bowl. Add couscous. Stir. Drizzle amongst lemon juice and olive oil, sprinkle amongst salt, zest and pepper. Toss to evenly distribute all ingredients.  Garnish amongst parsley. Serve. *I  tossed inward simply almost lemon zest into the recommended broth/water. My thoughts: I am not a fan of winter, at all.
