Coconut Lime Bundt Cake (Vegan)
Ingredients: iii cups flour 1 teaspoon baking powder ii teaspoons baking soda 1 3/4 cups sweetened, flaked coconut 1 1/2 cups sugar 2/3 cups canola oil 14 oz (canned) full-fat coconut milk (not light!) 1/4 loving loving cup lime juice zest of ii limes 1 teaspoon vanilla pinch salt for the glaze: ii tablespoons lime juice 1 loving loving cup confectioners sugar zest of 1 lime Directions: Preheat oven 350. Grease as good as flour a Bundt pan. Set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, as good as coconut. Set aside. In a large bowl or inwards the bowl of a stand upwards upwardly mixer, musical beat out together sugar, oil, coconut milk, lime juice, zest, as good as vanilla. Slowly flow inwards the dry out out ingredients as good as musical beat out until practiced combined. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake 1 lx minutes or until a cake tester or lean knife comes out with simply 1 or ii dry out out crumb
