(Baked) Australian-Style Irish Gaelic Potato Wedges




Ingredients:

3 lbs Russet potatoes, cutting into wedges
1/4 loving loving cup canola oil
1 1/2 tablespoons salt
1 1/2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
