Mochiko Chicken





Ingredients:
1/4 loving loving cup chopped scallion
1/4 loving loving cup mochiko flour
1/4 loving loving cup cornstarch
1/4 soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
iii cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon mixed night as good as white sesame seeds
ii egg, beaten
1 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs (trimmed of excess obese if desired)

Directions:

My thoughts:
Another Hawaiian favorite! Mochiko flour, a diverseness of sweetness rice flour, is made from super starchy viscid rice (glutenous rice) as good as is neat for thickening as good as thence it is the perfect coating for chicken. Sweet rice flour is also used to build mochi. For this chicken it creates the perfect batter, light, crisp as good as it genuinely sticks to the chicken. The balance of the marinade is a familiar mix of soy sauce, ginger, carbohydrate as good as garlic to turn over that sweet-salty flavor that is inward as good as thence many Hawaiian dishes. It is as good as thence good! I am unremarkably non a sweets for master copy dish type of person but this is genuinely tasty, non also sweet--sort of like a lite teriyaki type flavor but much fresher.
