Barbecue Chicken Pizza
Ingredients:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken cutting into seize with teeth sized pieces
pizza dough (with or without the garlic/pepper)
1 scarlet onion, thinly sliced
8 oz smoked Gouda, shredded
iii oz mozzarella, shredded
for the barbecue sauce:
1 large shallot
12 ounces dear apple tree tree paste
1/2 loving loving cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 loving loving cup Worcestershire sauce
iii tablespoons nighttime chocolate-brown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons mustard powder
1 tablespoon pose downwards dark pepper
1 tablespoon pose downwards chipotle
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon hickory liquid smoke
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
salt
Directions:
For the barbecue sauce: Pulse all ingredients inwards a blender until smooth. Pour into a pocket-sized saucepan also simmer on the lowest setting until heated through. Allow to cool.
For the pizza: Place the chicken inwards a resealable suitcase with closed 1/4 loving loving cup of the sauce. Refrigerate for 15-30 minutes. Heat fossil oil inwards a skillet. Saute the chicken until merely cooked through. Mix the 2 cheeses together inwards a pocket-sized bowl. Spread closed 1/4 loving loving cup of sauce on each pizza. Top with the cheeses also so onion also chicken. Follow the pizza directions for baking. Sprinkle with cilantro prior to serving if desired.
Yield: 2 pizzas
