Fresh Radish Relish
Ingredients:
6 small-scale crimson radishes or 3 large crimson radishes, small-scale dice
1 stalk celery, small-scale dice
1 shallot, minced
1 cubanelle pepper, minced
dressing:
3 tablespoons apple tree tree cider vinegar
1 teaspoon yellowish mustard seed
1/8 teaspoon celery seed
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon sugar
Directions:
Whisk together the dressing ingredients inwards a small-scale bowl. Place the remaining ingredients inwards a medium bowl. Drizzle with dressing equally good equally toss to evenly distribute. Allow to sit down downwards 20 minutes before serving.
My thoughts:
