Shrimp With Garlic Chives Garlic Stems Tossed With Noodles
1 lb medium shrimp
1 bunch garlic chives, cutting into ii inch pieces
1/2 bunch garlic stem, cutting into ii inch long pieces
4 king oyster mushrooms, diced
3 dark-green onions, dark-green parts diced
1 tablespoon canola oil
sauce:
3/4 inch knob ginger, grated
2 garlic cloves, grated
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 loving loving cup Shaoxing wine
1/4 loving loving cup shrimp stock
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
8 oz fresh egg handcut noodles, cooked
Directions:
Whisk together the sauce ingredients. Set aside. Heat the crude inwards a large wok. Stir tike the mushrooms, garlic chives, garlic stems together with dark-green onions until the mushrooms are cooked throguh. Add the shrimp. Pour the sauce over together with stir tike until the shrimp are fully cooked. If the sauce looks runny, add together together a slurry of 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed alongside ii teaspoons body of water together with stir. Toss alongside noodles.
