Bacon Macaroni Cheese
This recipe has evolved over the years, to what it is today; 1 of our (my) favorite side dishes. It's entirely your basic mac and cheese with a few minor tweaks. I've tried it with most every kind of cheese you lot lot tin retrieve of together with I nonetheless like skillful one-time American cheese the best.
2 cups elbow macaroni
4 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup finely minced onions, sauteed
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (corn, peas, carrots)
