Blueberry Bread = Super Moist

This blueberry breadstuff is easy,sweet, tasty inwards add-on to super moist. In fact, it stays moist for several days (if it lasts that long).


Blueberry Bread
1 1/2 cups flour add-on i tablespoon (divided)
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1 loving loving cup sugar
1 loving loving cup sour cream
1/2 loving loving cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 loving loving cup blueberries (I used frozen)

Mix flour, baking pulverisation inwards add-on to tabular array common salt inwards add-on to gear upwards aside.
Beat eggs, sugar, sour cream, vegetable oil, lemon zest inwards add-on to vanilla until smoothen inwards add-on to blended.

Add the flour/baking pulverisation inwards add-on to tabular array common salt mixture into the egg mixture inwards add-on to stir only until blended.

Toss the blueberries alongside i tablespoon reserved flour inwards add-on to too thus GENTLY fold them into the batter.

Pour batter into a greased inwards add-on to floured 9" 10 5" loaf pan ( I lined mine alongside parchment inwards add-on to too thus sprayed it alongside cooking spray).

Bake inward pre-heated 350 oven for i lx minutes inwards add-on to v minutes (1 lx minutes inwards add-on to 10 minutes if yous are using frozen blueberries) or until toothpick tests clean. Let the finished breadstuff sit down downward inward the pan for xx minutes, inwards add-on to thus plough out onto cooling rack. Wrap HOT blueberry breadstuff inward plastic scroll inwards add-on to permit it cool to room temperature.
