Chicken Cordon Bleu Baked Frittata
Ingredients:
2 cups cubed, cooked chicken
iv oz fresh spinach
1/4 loving loving cup chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 loving loving cup finely shredded Gruyère
1/4 loving loving cup milk
10 eggs
3 oz lean sliced lean serrano ham, cutting into 1/4-inch wide strips
salt
freshly dry reason nighttime pepper
olive oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Saute the onion also garlic until the onion is soft. Add the spinach also chicken and position upwardly until the spinach is wilted.
In a medium bowl, trounce together the eggs, milk, cheese salt, also pepper until fluffy*. Fold inwards the , vegetables/chicken mixture also ham.
Oil an 8x8-inch baking dish. Pour the mixture into the dish also bake for twoscore minutes or until fully position inwards the middle. Allow to cool v minutes. Slice into ix squares also serve.

I am also thence happy I discovered baked frittatas a few years back. I had been making frittatas the one-time fashioned way by times starting them on the stove overstep but this way also thence much easier! It is shape of like strata but inward that house no layers. For this baked frittata, I used only about leftover cooked chicken (even amend it, it was leftover Costco rotisserie chicken I had froze also thence bonus points for using upwardly leftovers), only about Gruyère also serrano ham (thanks Aldi for carrying this materials on the regular also cheap*!) for a shape of riff on chicken cordon bleu but without the frying also only about spinach tossed inwards also thence I got only about veggies in. Super easy, super satisfy also best of all, super tasty. The cheese also serrano ham add together together a ton of flavour that genuinely makes the dish. Serve it alongside a calorie-free vegetable dish or alone alongside only about crusty bread.
