Chocolate Peanut Butter Frosting

This is a POSITIVELY DELICIOUS frosting recipe. What a overnice variation from classic chocolate frosting!! It has a smooth, thick texture also tastes non bad by times the spoonful!!

 

This is my novel "go to" recipe for frosting snack cakes, brownies also cupcakes, it is quick, ho-hum to construct also tastes great!!

1/2 loving loving cup shine peanut butter (I used Jiff)
1/2 loving loving cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 - 3/4  cup half also half (see note)
2  2/3 loving loving cup confectioners sugar

Mix the peanut butter, cocoa powder, vanilla also a few tablespoons of the half also half until it is shine also creamy.  Add the sugar, tabular array tabular array salt also the balance of the half also half (*see banking describe of piece of employment organization annotation below).   Beat amongst electrical mixer until shine also shiny.

That's it... what could alive on easier?!?  We LOVED this frosting!!

NOTE: The recipe said to start amongst half cup of the half also half also if y'all lot wishing it thinner, add together together the remaining 1/4 loving loving cup of half also half (one tablespoon at time)...beating until smooth.
