Easy Veggie Rice Side Dish

When I serve evidently white rice, my married adult man slathers it with butter inwards add-on to white refined saccharify (yuck). To avoid that, I've learned to jazz our rice upwards a little. sliced light-green onion tops for garnish
1 tablespoon butter

Saute the onion, celery inwards add-on to carrot inwards the canola unsmooth fossil oil until they firstly to lose their crispness; stir inwards rice inwards add-on to seasonings; stir to coat the rice with the unsmooth fossil oil inwards add-on to saute gently for a min or two. NOTE: You noticed I purpose 2 1/2 cups of broth, that is more than than yous would unremarkably purpose for evidently rice. I purpose this extra full of broth to give me a slightly saucy rice.
