Escarole Soup With Zucchini Inward Improver To Italian Sausage



Ingredients:

3/4 lb hot Italian sausage (casings removed)
2 small-scale zucchini, diced
ane small-scale onion, diced

ane large chief escarole, chopped
2 quarts chicken, turkey or vegetable stock
ane 15-oz tin cannellini beans, drained
1/2 teaspoon sweetness paprika
ane tablespoon Italian herb seasoning

Directions:
