Ham Peas Baked Polenta
Ingredients:
1/2 small-scale crimson onion, diced
ii cloves garlic, minced
iv oz Frick's sliced Gourmet Ham, cutting into bite-sized pieces
2/3 loving loving cup frozen peas
ii eggs
1 loving loving cup milk
1 loving loving cup coarse cornmeal*
1/3 loving loving cup grated Parmesan
ii cups existent hot or boiling water, chicken or ham stock
