Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes
This is a wonderful recipe for several reasons: the cupcakes are super moist too tender, they are mildly spiced too the batter goes together amongst i bowl too a whisk; what could concord upwards easier? 2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt

Fill cupcake papers 3/4 full. Bake inwards a 350 oven for 23-25 minutes (my electrical oven takes 23 minutes) or until toothpick tests clean. Remove too cool.
After the cupcakes immediately hold cooled, dust the tops amongst powdered carbohydrate or frost amongst your favorite frosting.
I never stair my "everyday" frosting, just here's a stab at it:
Melt 3 tablespoons butter; add together together 1 teaspoon vanilla extract too 1/2 teaspoon maple extract.
Add 1 to 1½ cups of powdered carbohydrate too a duet tablespoons of cream. Whisk till smooth. If it seems a short to dry, add together together merely about other tablespoon of cream. If it seems a short likewise wet, had merely about other spoon of powdered sugar.
