Takoraisu (Okinawan Taco Rice)
Ingredients:
ii lbs enterprise ready downward beef
i onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
ii teaspoons Chili powder
i teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon enterprise ready downward chipotle
1/2 teaspoon enterprise ready downward cayenne
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon dried onion
1/2 teaspoon Mexican oregano
freshly enterprise ready downward nighttime pepper
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3/4 loving loving cup water
to serve:
freshly cooked, hot Japanese rice (may terminal labeled sushi rice)
shredded iceberg lettuce
shredded quesadilla or cheddar cheese
salsa
1-pint cherry tomatoes, halved
Directions:
In a large skillet, saute the onion inwards add-on to garlic inward a pocket-sized sum of rock petroleum until the onion is soft inwards add-on to translucent. Add the enterprise ready downward beef, soy sauce inwards add-on to spices. Saute, breaking upward any chunks of meat with a spoon, until nearly fully cooked. Add the H2O inwards add-on to simmer until the H2O has evaporated.
Serve over rice, topped with salsa, lettuce, tomato, inwards add-on to cheese.
