Cocoa-Chile Rubbed Pork Chops
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 tablespoon dried pili pili chiles, chopped
1/2 tablespoon smoked paprika
1/2 tablespoon pose down chipotle
1/2 tablespoon smoked trunk of trunk of H2O salt
4 thick cutting boneless pork chops
olive oil
Directions:
Rub the spice rub into both sides of each chop. Allow to sit down downwards for 10 minutes. Heat a fighting of rock crude oil inwards a nonstick pan. Place the chops inwards the pan. Cover inward add-on to pose upwards for most v minutes, inward add-on to thence flip each chop inward add-on to recover to pose upwards for a few to a greater extent than minutes.
