Mango Calamansi Salmon
2 1/2 lb salmon
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/4 loving loving cup calamansi juice
1 large ripe mango, cutting into strips
3 Thai bird chile, sliced
2 1/2 tablespoons coconut vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Rip off a length of foil most twice the length of your fish. Place on a baking sheet, leaving alone enough to encompass the pan on the pan as well as the residuum flopping off.
